Zielsetzung

The one day-conference will not only draw on the development of Operational Excellence (OPEX) in the pharmaceutical industry but provide first-hand insights on the current state and latest research results. Hereby, the Institute of Technology Management would like to celebrate the 15th anniversary of its OPEX Benchmarking approach. In addition to these research perspectives, guest speakers will share their impressions of the industry’s pathway to OPEX. Therefore, participants will experience what it takes to become World Class in manufacturing.
