APV research award for outstanding achievements in the pharmaceutical sciences

APV (International Association of Pharmaceutical Technology) gives away this award every other year in appreciation of outstanding research achievements in the pharmaceutical sciences.

The award is connected with an amount of 5.000.- Euro kindly donated by F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG and will be presented in the course of the "12th World Meeting on Pharmaceutics, Biopharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Technology" taking place in Vienna, Austria, 23 - 26 March 2020.

This award is open to any senior researcher in Europe who has made outstanding achievements in the pharmaceutical sciences and is not older than 50 years. The applications are reviewed by an international committee.

Candidates may be nominated by regular APV members. The application documents consisting of a detailed curriculum vitae and a maximum of five relevant publications should be submitted as a ZIP-file by email (preferred option) or on CD/DVD by mail to the chair of the APV award committee, Prof. Dr. Gerhard Winter (c/o APV Mainz, Kurfürstenstr. 59, 55118 Mainz, Germany, e-mail: apv@apv-mainz.de), by 1 December 2019 (date of the postmark) at the latest.

APV Award for the Most Outstanding Doctoral Thesis in the Pharmaceutical Sciences in the Years 2018/2019

APV (International Association of Pharmaceutical Technology) gives away this award to support young talents in the pharmaceutical sciences and in appreciation of an outstanding doctoral thesis in pharmacy. 

This award is connected with an amount of 5.000.- Euro kindly donated by Evonik Industries AG and will be presented in the course of the "12th World Meeting on Pharmaceutics, Biopharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Technology" taking place in Vienna, Austria, 23 - 26 March 2020.

Every graduate who has obtained a PhD degree in Europe in the pharmaceutical sciences in 2018 or 2019 can apply for this award. The applications are reviewed by an international committee.
Written applications consisting of a curriculum vitae, publication list, list of poster presentations and lectures as well as the PhD thesis and a maximum of two reprints of important publications should be submitted as a ZIP-file by email (preferred option) or on CD/DVD by mail to the chair of the APV award committee, Prof. Dr. Dr. h. c. Reinhard Neubert (c/o APV Geschäftsstelle Mainz, Kurfürstenstr. 59, 55118 Mainz, Germany, e-mail: apv@apv-mainz.de), by 1 December 2019 (date of the postmark) at the latest.
