APV research award for outstanding achievements in the pharmaceutical sciences

 

APV (International Association of Pharmaceutical Technology) gives away this award every other year in appreciation of outstanding research achievements in the harmaceutical sciences.

The award is connected with an amount of 5,000.- Euro kindly donated by F.Hoffmann-La Roche AG and will be presented in the course of the “11th World Meeting on Pharmaceutics, Biopharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Technology“ taking place in Granada, Spain, 19 to 22 March 2018.

 

 

Congratulations to the APV Research Award winner Prof. Dr. Maike Windbergs!

The award was selected out of nominations of any senior researcher in Europe who has made outstanding achievements in the pharmaceutical sciences is not older than 45 years by a international committee (Prof. Dr. Gerhard Winter, LMU München, Germany (Chairman); Prof. Dr. Christel Müller-Goymann, TU Braunschweig, Germany; Prof. Dr. Andreas Bernkop-Schnürch, Univ. Innsbruck, Austria; Prof. Dr. Peter Langguth, Univ. Mainz, Germany and Prof. Dr. Stefaan C. de Smedt, Univ. Ghent, Belgium).

We congratulate Prof. Dr. Maike Windbergs for her for outstanding achievements in the pharmaceutical sciences.

APV award for the most outstanding doctoral thesis in the pharmaceutical sciences in the years 2016/2017

 

APV (International Association of Pharmaceutical Technology) gives away this award to support young talents in the pharmaceutical sciences and in appreciation of an outstanding doctoral thesis in pharmacy.

This award is connected with an amount of 5,000.- Euro kindly donated by Evonik Industries AG and will be presented at the "11th World Meeting on Pharmaceutics, Biopharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Technology" taking place in Granada, Spain, 19 to 22 March 2018.

 

 

Congratulations to the APV award winner Dr. Neha Shreshta!

The award was selected of 20 applications from European graduates who have obtained a PhD degree in the pharmaceutical sciences in 2016 or 2017 by a international committee (Prof. D. Dr. h.c. Reinhard Neubert, Univ. Halle, Germany (Chairman); Prof. Dr. Jürgen Siepmann, Univ. Lille, France;Prof. Dr. Thomas Rades, Univ. Copenhagen, Denmark; Prof. Dr. Rolf Daniels, Univ. Tübingen, Germany; Prof. Dr. Stanko Sricic, Univ. Lubljana, Slowenia and Prof. Dr. Majella Lane, Univ. College London, UK).

We congratulate Dr. Neha Shreshta (LDRI-Advanced Drug Delivery and Biomaterials, Université Catholique de Louvain) for her innovative scientific approach and her outstanding doctoral thesis in 2016 with the title "Development of Mesoporous silicon systems for oral protein/peptide−based diabetes mellitus therapy". Dr. Shreshta is author of 15 publications up to now.
